In this document, I describe how I process your personal data within the Website, Store, and social media profiles.

I take care that your personal data is safe with me. Email Contact

When you contact me via email or contact form, you provide me with your email address. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact.

You may also include other personal data in the message.

I use this data to enable the establishment and maintenance of contact, based on your consent resulting from the initiation of contact (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the duration of the contact. After the contact ends, the data will be archived and stored for the purpose of defending against potential claims, in particular for the purpose of demonstrating your consent.

Orders

In order to place an order in the Store, you must provide personal data specified in the order form (name and surname, billing address, email address, telephone number, Tax Identification Number).

Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to place an order.

I use this data to fulfill the order (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR) and to make settlements (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract.

Complaints and Withdrawal from the Contract

In order to file a complaint or withdraw from the contract, you provide me with personal data contained in the content of the complaint or declaration of withdrawal from the contract, such as name and surname, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to submit a complaint or withdraw from the contract.

I use these data for the purpose of implementing the complaint procedure or the contract withdrawal procedure (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the complaint procedure or the withdrawal procedure, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract.

Newsletter

When you sign up for the newsletter, you provide me with your name and email address. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to sign up for the newsletter.

I use this data to send the newsletter, based on your consent expressed when subscribing to the newsletter (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time. In such a case, the data will not be deleted from the database but will still be stored in the mailing system to defend against any claims related to sending the newsletter, in particular for the purpose of demonstrating your consent, until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract.

The agreement for the delivery of digital content in the form of a Newsletter (emails containing information about new products, promotions, products, or services offered by me) is concluded when you confirm that you want to subscribe to the Newsletter subscriber list (by clicking on the confirmation link sent to the email address provided in the Newsletter subscription form). You do not pay for the digital content sent in the traditional sense. In return, I receive access to your personal data provided during the subscription. You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the appropriate link included in the content of each message sent as part of the Newsletter.

Account

To create an account on the Site, you must provide information such as a username and email address. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to create an account.

I will process the data for the purpose of providing the account management service (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR) and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the duration of the account’s existence and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract.

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Profiles

I may process your personal data as part of my Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles. These are data such as name, surname, image, content of comments, or information that you send via chat. I process the data of people who have subscribed to the fanpage by clicking the “Like” or “Follow” icon, used the chat, or published their comment under a post on the fanpage.

I obtained this data from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and from your public profile on the internet platform Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.

I use this data to administer and manage my social media profiles, communicate with you, and send you marketing content (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the period of your account on a given portal or until you submit an objection.

Remember that the rules for using a specific portal and processing personal data within that portal are set by the entity managing that portal (e.g., Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in the case of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). Be sure to read these rules.

In addition, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR, I may process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Establishing, investigating, or defending against claims,
  • Archival and statistical purposes,
  • Satisfaction surveys regarding the services offered,
  • Contact for the purpose of presenting the offer and direct marketing.

HOW LONG DO I PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

I process your data for the time needed to achieve a specific goal and:

  • For the period of limitation of claims in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure (3 or 6 years),
  • For the period required by tax law – in relation to personal data related to the fulfillment of tax law obligations,
  • Until an effective objection is raised – in relation to personal data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator or for marketing purposes,
  • Until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing is achieved – in relation to personal data processed on the basis of consent,
  • Until they become outdated or no longer useful – in relation to personal data processed mainly for analytical, statistical, cookie use, and Website administration purposes.

After this period, the data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.

WHO DO I SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?
I may share your personal data with my trusted associates, such as a software provider, payment provider, accounting office, hosting provider, marketing service provider, statistical service provider.
