How is Mentoring different from Trip Intelligence?
Le Travel Trip Intelligence focuses on one trip you’ve already booked: the hotels, the routing and the destination. Le Travel Mentoring is broader and ongoing — loyalty strategy, program management, booking decisions and anything else that comes up through your travel year.
How is it different from a strategy engagement?
Goal Strategy and Ecosystem Strategy build a complete strategy for a defined objective, from feasibility to execution. Mentoring gives you a strategist to ask as questions arise, without a defined engagement.
Can I start with a single session?
Yes. Many clients start with one session to experience the format before moving to the retainer. There is no obligation to continue.
How are sessions conducted?
By video call, at a time that suits your schedule. A written summary follows each session so you have a clear record of everything discussed and recommended.
Do I need to have worked with Le Travelogist before?
No. Mentoring is a standalone service. Clients who have completed the Ecosystem Foundation or a strategy engagement often go deeper in their sessions, because the groundwork is already done.
Can I cancel the retainer at any time?
Yes. The retainer can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. There is no lock-in beyond the current month.
Will you need access to my accounts?
Never. We ask for balances and program details only — never passwords or logins.
