It is different from a one-time consultation in one important way: the guidance evolves as your situation does.

A trip planned six months out looks different at five months, at three, and at two weeks before departure. The questions change. The decisions change. The support you need changes. Mentoring is designed for exactly that.

Begin with a single session

Book your first 60-minute mentoring session at $99. No commitment, no pressure. Bring your questions, your decisions, your uncertainties. We work through them together.

Continue with a monthly retainer

If ongoing access is useful — and for most travellers who are actively planning, it is — continue with the monthly retainer at $149/month. Up to two 60-minute sessions per month, for as long as your planning requires.

Stop when you no longer need it

There is no lock-in and no minimum commitment beyond the current month. When your trip is done and your questions are answered, you simply stop. If new travel plans emerge, you start again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have used Le Travelogist before to book a mentoring session?

No. Le Travel Mentoring is available as a standalone service. That said, many clients come to mentoring after completing an Assessment, Plus, or Premium service — and find the continuity particularly valuable.

What is the difference between mentoring and a Discovery call?

The Discovery call is free, 30 minutes, and designed to explore whether Le Travelogist is right for you. A mentoring session is a paid, structured 60-minute engagement where we work through your specific questions in depth — it is a working session, not an introduction.

How do I know if I need one session or the monthly retainer?

Start with one session. If you find the guidance useful and your planning continues to raise new questions — which is normal for a trip 3 to 6 months out — the retainer makes sense. There is no pressure to commit to anything beyond the first session.

What happens between sessions on the monthly retainer?

Straightforward questions can be sent by email between sessions and I will respond within 48 hours. More complex questions are held for the next session where they can be worked through properly.

Can sessions cover anything travel-related, or only loyalty programs?

Sessions can cover anything within the Le Travelogist scope — loyalty programs, points strategy, destination guidance, booking decisions, hotel strategy, trip structure, and general travel confidence. Sessions are not used for booking or agency-style services.

How are sessions delivered?

All sessions are conducted via Google Meet. You will receive a calendar invitation with the link once your session is scheduled.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please give at least 24 hours notice and I will reschedule without any issue. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are counted as a session used.
