Le Travelogist · Le Travel International Teacher

You know your holidays
12 months in advance.

Most international teachers never use that advantage. This system changes that.

A strategic travel education system for educators abroad

3 Travel windows every academic year
12–18 Months of advance notice — your built-in advantage
6–10 Weeks in the summer window alone
$49 Where your strategy begins — credited toward Blueprint

“The problem is not a lack of travel opportunities. The problem is a lack of travel structure.”

Le Travelogist · What This Is

Le Travel International Teacher is not a travel agency.

It is a strategic travel education system designed exclusively for international teachers — helping you earn more, redeem intelligently, and build genuine travel wealth during every year you spend abroad.

Every service follows the same principle: we start with your survey, your travel pattern, and your current position. We apply expertise. We give you something specific and actionable. Every step builds on the last — and every step can stand alone.

Le Travel International Teacher was created by André Battah — CEO and Founder of Le Travelogist — who spent years as an international educator in Bangkok before turning that experience into a consultancy. He has worked with international teachers across Southeast Asia, the Gulf, and beyond. He knows the patterns. He knows the gaps. And he built a system to close them.

Le Travelogist · The Core Insight

The Academic Calendar Advantage

International teachers have a built-in travel advantage that most of them are not using strategically.

What you have

You know your free time 12 to 18 months in advance.

You live in a major travel hub. You travel the same routes repeatedly. You have three predictable windows every year — Christmas, Easter, and Summer — where the market is entirely navigable if you plan ahead rather than react at the last minute.

What most teachers do with it

React to each holiday as it arrives.

Book flights at peak prices. Collect points in the wrong programmes. Pay cash for trips they could have flown on miles. Arrive at the end of a contract with scattered balances, expired accounts, and no record of what they built — or failed to build — over two or three years abroad.

Le Travel International Teacher converts advance knowledge into tangible travel value — through early planning, strategic positioning, and aligned ecosystem choices. That is the Academic Calendar Advantage.

Le Travelogist · Your Travel Year

The Three Windows

Study data confirms that international teachers travel three times per year. Every service offered by Le Travel International Teacher is designed around these three windows.

Dec – Jan Christmas Window 2–3 wks

The most expensive window to travel in. Peak season pricing, peak demand, and the lowest availability for points redemptions — unless you are positioned six months ahead. The teachers who plan in June travel well in December. Those who plan in November pay for it.

Biggest gains from planning early
Mar – Apr Easter Window 2 wks

The most consistently underused window. Two weeks at a shoulder season moment — before summer prices arrive, after the Christmas rush has cleared. Often the best value of the three windows, and often the one teachers treat as an afterthought rather than an asset.

Often overlooked — rarely optimised
Jun – Aug Summer Window 6–10 wks

Your biggest opportunity. Six to ten weeks every year — enough time for home leave, regional exploration, and a dream trip if the strategy is already in place. A Blueprint built in November pays off most here. A strategy assembled in May is already behind the market.

Your most valuable window — plan it first
Le Travelogist · The Methodology

The ATLAS Methodology

Academic Travel Lifecycle Alignment System

The intellectual backbone of every engagement. ATLAS transforms a teacher’s academic calendar from a scheduling constraint into a strategic travel asset.

01 Assess Travel Asset Inventory

Who you are as a traveller. Every loyalty account, card, and point you hold — assessed from a clean baseline.

02 Trace Travel Pattern Recognition

Where you go, how often, and how you book. Your Three Windows mapped against your actual behaviour.

03 Locate Base & Route Intelligence

Your hub airport, home routes, and the airline alliances that serve your specific pattern — not generic advice.

04 Align Travel Ecosystem Design

Airline, hotel, and payment instruments deliberately chosen around your travel — not points chased generically.

05 Sustain Contract Travel Lifecycle

Year-on-year progress. Each contract year builds on the last — a travel asset that grows the longer you teach abroad.

Le Travelogist · How We Work Together

Services, deliverables & your journey.

Every step is designed to stand alone. Every step is also designed to build toward the next one. You can begin anywhere — and the survey is always where it makes most sense to start.

Step 01
Free
International Teacher Travel Study

Where your journey begins. A research survey designed exclusively for international teachers — 5 to 8 minutes covering your travel pattern, holiday windows, current loyalty position, and travel goals. Your responses form the foundation of everything that follows, and contribute to Le Travelogist’s ongoing research into how international teachers travel. André reviews every response personally.

You receive

Survey confirmation & invitation to your free Discovery Call — Begin the Study →

Step 02
Free
Discovery Call

A 15-minute conversation that changes how you see your situation. Based entirely on your survey responses, André identifies the single biggest gap in your current travel position and shows you — briefly and specifically — what you are leaving behind. No pitch. No pressure. By the end of the call you will know whether the Le Travel Ecosystem Set-Up session makes sense for you.

  • 15 minutes with André Battah, based on your survey
  • One specific observation about your current earning position
  • A clear picture of the gap between where you are and where you could be

You receive

Clarity on your position and an honest view of what is possible — Book your call →

Step 05
Follow-On
Le Travel International Teacher Flight Redemption

Specific research on a route, window, or travel opportunity. When you are ready to plan a specific trip and want to understand the options properly — which routes, which airlines, which timing, what the market typically looks like — Le Travel International Teacher Flight Redemption delivers a focused report on that single question. The research is educational: it shows you what is possible and why, rather than booking on your behalf.

  • Focused research on one specific route or travel window
  • Typical airline options and routing patterns
  • Seasonal pricing observations and booking timing guidance
  • Relevant considerations for your loyalty ecosystem

You receive

Le Travel International Teacher Flight Redemption — Blueprint clients USD 149  ·  New clients USD 299

Step 06
Annual
Teacher Blueprint Review

A year-end check-in on your travel wealth. At the end of each academic year, your Review looks back at what you planned, what you did, and what your loyalty position looks like now. It sets up the next Blueprint cycle and keeps your travel wealth growing year on year. For teachers who stay abroad for multiple contracts, this is what separates deliberate accumulation from leaving years of value behind.

  • Review of your Three Windows — planned versus what happened
  • Loyalty programme progress — what you have built this year
  • Key observations on what worked and what to adjust
  • Forward-looking setup for the next academic year cycle

You receive

Teacher Blueprint Review — USD 99 per year

Le Travelogist · The Journey

What your year with Le Travel International Teacher looks like.

The journey runs from June to the following June — aligned with the academic year, not the calendar year.

June
The end-of-year realisation.

“Another year done. I feel like we spent more than we should have.” The International Teacher Travel Study is published. André reviews responses and identifies teachers to follow up with in October.

Jul – Aug
Experiencing the gap firsthand.

“I just paid $1,800 for flights home. A colleague did the same route for almost nothing. How?” The teacher is in the window — seeing the difference between those with a strategy and those without one.

October
The first real conversation.

André follows up on survey respondents with a personal observation drawn from their data. The Discovery Call is booked. The Le Travel Ecosystem Set-Up session follows. The teacher receives their Snapshot and their accounts are set up correctly — before the Christmas window.

Nov – Jan
Blueprint season.

“For the first time, I have a travel plan for the whole year.” The Academic Year Travel Blueprint is delivered — covering all three windows, with airline patterns, home leave planning, and a complete loyalty ecosystem strategy. The $49 credit is applied.

Feb – May
Research and execution.

Easter is approaching. Summer is being planned. Le Travel International Teacher Flight Redemption sessions support Blueprint clients in finding specific routes and opportunities — so the strategy moves from document to decision.

Year 2
The difference is felt.

“That was the best travel year we’ve had. We spent less, saw more, and actually had a plan.” The Teacher Blueprint Review reviews the year, assesses loyalty progress, and sets up the next Blueprint cycle. The system compounds.

Le Travelogist · From the Community

What international teachers say.

Educators at international schools across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

“The Blueprint showed me I’d been booking Christmas flights at exactly the wrong time for three years running. The strategy André built for me turned a window I dreaded planning into the one I look forward to most.”

Secondary Teacher — Bangkok, Thailand

“I thought the $49 session would tell me things I already knew. It didn’t. André identified two accounts I had essentially abandoned and showed me exactly how to consolidate them before they expired. That alone was worth far more than $49.”

Primary Coordinator — Abu Dhabi, UAE

“We did the Couple Blueprint before our second contract year. Knowing where we were going for all three windows before the academic year even started changed how we experienced the whole year — including the months when we weren’t travelling.”

Teaching Couple — Doha, Qatar
Le Travelogist · Common Questions

Questions teachers typically ask before starting.

Do I need to complete the Travel Study before booking a Discovery Call?

Yes — the Study is where the journey begins. André reviews every response personally, and the Discovery Call is structured entirely around what you shared. Without the Study, the call has no foundation. The survey takes 5 to 8 minutes and is the most efficient starting point available to you.

Can I do the Blueprint without the $49 Ecosystem Set-Up first?

Not as a new client. The Le Travel Ecosystem Set-Up establishes the account foundation the Blueprint builds on. Delivering a Blueprint without that foundation would mean working from incomplete data. The $49 is credited in full toward your Blueprint, so it is not a separate cost — it is the first step of the same investment.

I am mid-contract. Is there still value in starting now?

Yes. The best time to start is before your next window — whatever that is. A teacher beginning in October can have their Blueprint in place before Christmas. A teacher beginning in February can still optimise Easter and position their summer window properly. The only window that is too late to plan for is one that has already passed.

Does this work for teaching couples and families?

Yes — and the Blueprint is priced accordingly: USD 199 for a single teacher, USD 249 for a teaching couple, USD 299 for a family. The complexity of coordinating multiple passports, multiple home countries, and children’s school calendars is one of the most common challenges André addresses. The Discovery session covers your full household situation.

I am leaving my current posting. Should I start now or after I settle in the next one?

Before you leave, if possible. Transitions between postings are when loyalty accounts are most at risk of expiry, when earning patterns shift, and when the opportunity to plan the next contract year well is highest. An assessment conducted during a transition can protect what you have built and set up the new contract correctly from day one.

Is Le Travel International Teacher a travel agency?

No. Le Travel International Teacher does not book travel on your behalf. It is a strategic travel education system — which means André educates, advises, and builds strategy with you. The decisions and bookings remain yours. This distinction matters: you learn the system, which means the value compounds across every year you spend abroad, not just the year you engaged the service.
