Frequently Asked

How do I know which package is right for me?

The Discovery Call is the right place to start. In 20–30 minutes, I can understand your situation well enough to recommend the right level of engagement. There is no pressure — the call is free and comes with no obligation.

I only have one loyalty program. Is that enough to work with?

Absolutely. Many clients come in with a single program — often Aeroplan, Air Miles, or a major airline program — and we find significant value that was simply not being used. You do not need multiple programs to benefit from this work.

Do you book the flights on my behalf?

No. Le Travelogist is an education and research service — not a travel agency. I provide the research, the strategy, and the step-by-step guidance. You retain full control of your accounts and make all bookings yourself, which I always recommend for security reasons.

How long does the process take from start to finish?

Essential typically takes 5–7 business days from intake to delivery. Plus takes 7–10 days. Premium takes 10–14 days. Timelines are confirmed at the start of each engagement and I communicate throughout the process.

Can I upgrade from one package to another after we start?

Yes. If during the process it becomes clear that a higher level of engagement would serve you better, we can discuss upgrading. You would only pay the difference, and no work already completed is duplicated.

What if I am not sure my points situation is complex enough to justify a package?

Most people underestimate what their points can do. The Foundation Guide ($19) is a good starting point if you want to learn independently first. If you want a direct conversation, book the Discovery Call — it costs nothing and takes 20 minutes.
