What happens in a consultation.
The call is structured in three parts. It takes 30 minutes. You do not need to prepare anything — arrive with an open mind about your property and an honest answer to the question: what is the one thing about your guest experience you know could be better?
Andre will ask about your property — its character, its market position, and who your guests are. Not demographic data; the real texture of the people who choose your property over the alternatives. This context shapes everything that follows in the engagement.
A focused conversation about where you are right now: what your pre-arrival communication looks like, what happens when a guest arrives, what the in-stay experience feels like, and what happens — or doesn’t — after they leave. Where are the gaps? Where are you stronger than you realize?
Based on what Andre hears, he will tell you clearly where the Educated Guest Journey Framework™ could make the most meaningful difference for your property — and whether a Le Travelogist engagement makes sense for your situation right now. If it doesn’t, he will tell you that too.

Yes. The consultation is free and carries no obligation whatsoever. Its purpose is to understand your property and determine whether a Le Travelogist engagement would genuinely help. If it would, Andre will explain how. If it would not — or if the timing is not right — he will tell you that directly. The call is useful to you regardless of what happens next.

What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. The most valuable thing you can bring is an honest answer to: what is the one thing about your guest experience that you know could be better? Beyond that, think briefly about who your most loyal guests are and what makes them return. Andre will take it from there.

Who will I be speaking with?
Andre Battah personally. All consultations are conducted by Andre directly — not by a sales team or an associate consultant. Le Travelogist is a boutique practice, and every client engagement begins with a direct conversation with its founder.

What happens after the call?
If the call surfaces clear opportunities for a Le Travelogist engagement, Andre will follow up with a brief written summary of what he heard and a specific recommendation for next steps — whether that is a Guest Journey Audit, a Strategy engagement, or something else. There is no automatic proposal, no follow-up sales sequence, and no pressure. The follow-up is one conversation or one document, not a funnel.

If you are genuinely uncertain, book the call. The worst outcome is 30 minutes that confirms you are not the right fit right now and gives you a clearer sense of what would need to change for a Le Travelogist engagement to make sense. Do you work with properties outside Asia?
Yes. Le Travelogist works with boutique hotels and independent properties worldwide. Andre has stayed in and studied properties across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Africa. All engagements are conducted remotely as a default, with on-site components available for properties where that is appropriate and agreed.
